Everyday liquids and compressed gases normalized to the 42-US-gallon oil barrel: milk, printer ink, scorpion venom, mercury, and nine gases, each priced per gallon against an adjustable oil price. Gas cards compress with the ideal gas law, warn where real-gas behavior takes over, and show the pressure at which a barrel of gas costs the same as a barrel of oil. Every item states its price source and basis.
